The Phantom XL Hat Cinch is engineered for cowboy hats with internal sweat bands measuring 2 inches or taller.

If your hat has a tall (2”) interior band, this is the hat cinch built for you.

How to Measure Your Hat Band 

You only need your hat and a tape measure (or a ruler).

1. Turn your cowboy hat upside down.
   Lay it on a flat surface so you can clearly see the interior hat band.
2. Place your measuring tool at the bottom edge of the hat band.
   This is where the band meets the body of the hat.
3. Measure straight up to the top edge of the band.
   Keep the tape or ruler vertical for an accurate measurement.
   • If your measurement is 2" or greater, the Hat Cinch XL is the perfect fit.
   • If it’s under 2", stick with the original Bandit Hat Cinch™ for the best feel and performance

Not All Cowboy Hats Are the Same

Cowboy hats come in all shapes, styles, and builds. One of the differences: The height of the internal hat band. 

Some hats are made with taller interior bands, which means the standard Bandit Hat Cinch may not fit as properly as it should. So we designed the Phantom XL Hat Cinch specifically for those hats.
